Lauren Mantey
Hi, I’m Lauren Mantey. In addition to being Blue Water Properties’ top agent for several years, I am a member and on the board of CRGAR, and I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. I have also co-developed several projects in the North Pacific area. (See my portfolio for more information.)
I work hard for my clients and am resourceful enough to navigate any potholes to paradise. My passion is people and their success. That’s why I also work to connect my clients across these turnkey solutions – real estate, property management, and remodeling & design – but only when beneficial to my clients. These industries are natural complements, and I am proud to offer high-quality, high-integrity services across all three.

In addition to managing our property management company and working as my showing agent, Laura Masis is your local connection for home décor, furnishings, and other inspirations for interior design and home staging. She’s also the assistant and apprentice to Lauren Mantey, one of Blue Water Properties’ top consultants.

Furthermore, our residential investors often contract our property management services, to both manage their vacation rental investment and ensure their property’s online reputation via satisfied guests.
